Katie and Betsy you did an amazing, spectacular job. The Bucket List Bash was magical, classy and glamorous! Our guests could not believe how nice it was. We are very proud of the team at Lark & Willow Events. We are sure the whole town will be talking about the decor for months and years to come. LaPlaya Golf and Beach Resort was the perfect venue for our wedding on 6/1/19. We worked closely with Betsy throughout the planning process and she was incredibly kind and helpful! We had our rehearsal dinner on the terrace, our ceremony and cocktail hour were on the gulf lawn, our reception was in the bayview ballroom, and our brunch was by the north pool. Every event went so smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better location to host our wedding weekend! The food was amazing and the staff were all so friendly and wonderful! We had Maggie at all of our events of the weekend and everyone absolutely loved her!! LaPlaya is so breathtakingly beautiful and I'm so happy that it is now the backdrop in all of my wedding photos! All of our guests loved LaPlaya - they were even talking about coming back next year for a reunion! I would highly recommend LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort to everyone!!

LaPlaya was the perfect place to have our wedding. We got married on 3/16/19 and everything went so smoothly. Betsy was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. We had a beautiful ceremony and cocktail hour on Gulf Lawn, our reception in the ballroom and the food and service was outstanding! Our out of town guests had an amazing stay at LaPlaya, which made it extra special it is something they are still talking about! We love LaPlaya and we are so happy with our decision, I highly recommend it to anyone for the most gorgeous wedding venue!

Lark & Willow (Formerly Wedding Lux) is a fantastic company, run by women who truly know what they are doing- and enjoy doing it! When my husband and I were originally looking for a venue, the one we wanted to go with, Naples Bay Resort, only contracts through Lark & Willow. I had never heard of this arrangement before, but we figured we would give it a try. We both work stressful jobs, and my husband is away for work 50% of the time, so we new having our own designated planner might keep both of us sane. BEST DECISION EVER. From the very start, Christy was amazing! She took the time to get to know us, and led us through the process of planning our wedding, step by step. She kept an extremely helpful spreadsheet of our budget, kept us up to date on all contacts with our other vendors, and would meet up with us in person at Starbucks every couple of months to check in and make some of the bigger decisions. To say that Christy goes above and beyond is an understatement. She would even text me while she was out shopping and saw something that I needed for my wedding, such as a cake stand, and offer to pick it up for me! Christy really took the time to get to know us, and made it clear that she was there to help us with any and everything. On the day of the wedding day, Christy was INCREDIBLE! There really weren't that many hiccups, because she had planned so well, but when things did happen, she handled them flawlessly. I can honestly say that my wedding day was one of the most relaxed days I had had in a long time! Christy also brought an assistant, Leah, for the day, and they both did an absolutely amazing job. It is so clear that Christy loves her job, and takes it very seriously. She treats her clients professionally, but also like good friends. She was worth every penny- and more! WeddingLux gave us the wedding of our dreams!

I hired Lark & Willow (WeddingLux) for their full wedding planning services to help create the vision I had for my big day. Jenna and her assistant, Christy, were a delight to work with. Their attention to detail was apparent during the planning process and throughout the day of the wedding. These ladies were always happy to answer any questions we had and worked directly with the vendors. They did a phenomenal job making sure my dreams came true on my wedding day and I'm so grateful for their diligence and hard work. Jenna was incredible from her first connection until the bitter end of the Friday night evening - even at a full 9 months pregnant. I was likely a bit difficult a times to deal with trying to manage a budget and the input from many personalities regarding the dinner and the after party. Everything happened in an extremely timely and professional manner. It was quite honestly such a pleasurable and amazing experience. Christy stepped in on Friday and was equally as wonderful. I never worried at all that things would not be perfect - just the unknown of being out of town perplexed me. They always calmed my concerns and were very reassuring. Planning from afar is not easy due to no prior visual experience to discuss during planning. They were amazing and worked in tandem with the hotel team to produce an incredibly beautiful and memorable evening! Quite simply - they were the best!

Meredith helped us with all the details we needed to have a perfect destination wedding. She was also very quick to respond to all of my questions.

Jenna and her assistant, Leah, were a late addition to our wedding plans as our day of coordinators and it was the best decision I made in the whole process. They were beyond a pleasure to work with and exceeded every expectation I had. They put the finishing touches on the details (she also had some great ideas to throw in), made sure the day went as planned and that everyone was where they needed to be. Jenna and the Lark & Willow (WeddingLux) team provided an extraordinary amount of assistance and guidance in the planning and execution of my sister’s wedding. Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, they were instrumental in planning, designing, and preparing for the event. From choosing the venue, to floral decisions and menu options, they took care of all the heavy lifting. They were also extremely responsive, keeping in touch with check-in emails, friendly reminders, and helpful suggestions. We hired both our photographer and DJ off of their recommendation and they were absolutely phenomenal! The exclusive Lark & Willow (WeddingLux) venue we chose – the Naples Botanical Garden – was a magical backdrop to the wedding, with one guest commenting it was ‘like stepping into a fairytale.’ On the day of the wedding, Jenna handled everything! She coordinated all the vendors, handled all setup and decor, and took care of last minute details, resulting in a truly magical evening. It was such a relief relying on the WeddingLux team to handle everything, as it allowed the bride and our family to enjoy the wedding without any worry or stress! Meredith and team and weddingluxpro truly helped bring our dream wedding to life. They had amazing vendors to work with which made planning a destination wedding much less difficult. Meredith worked so well with our florist (who was amazing), band, and company for linens, etc. She was so helpful with providing communication with each vendor and also giving options. The week of our wedding she came to meet us, go over everything, and seamlessly made sure everything was set up and ran perfectly for our big day. We are so grateful for Meredith and would highly recommend her and Lark & Willow (Weddingluxpro).

I am writing you to reiterate what I am certain you already know and hear quite regularly. Noelle Mickey is the utmost in professional! We celebrated my sons wedding this past weekend at the gardens which of course provide the most beautiful setting for the event but that is just the beginning. From the start Noelle was available and able to guide the young bride to be on how to create her own magical night. Jessica worked closely with Noelle and was always supported as if she was her only client. It is not easy to find someone to represent your mission on all fronts and Noelle does this seamlessly. It is a challenging time to be dealing with families and lots of opinions and agendas and she never got frazzled or lost sight of the end goals. Did I mention how perfect the entire evening was? The food, music, flowers...! Noelle was the pivotal piece to this weddings perfection.

I am hopeful I will have more reasons in the future to celebrate more family occasions at the gardens. Until then I will come for my weekly visit with my dog and enjoy the beauty you have created!

From start to finish LaPlaya was amazing. Betsy Moffitt is the person we worked wth for my daughter's reception, and she is the BEST! She is so calm, follows through on every little detail, always got right back to me within minutes, has impeccable taste, and is a true delight to work with -- she completely takes the "stress" away from you and creates the most magical event. I had always heard the food at the Laplaya receptions was outstanding, and our tasting certainly was, but wondered how it would be for over two hundred people. The appetizers on the lawn were delicious and gobbled up by our guests and the entrées in the ballroom were presented beautifully, prepared perfectly and equally delicious. The Chef is amazing, it is so nice not to have to worry about anything, and that's what you get when you work with Betsy and her entire staff at LaPlaya.
